Are you a negative thinker. It is the main cause for failure.

No one love failure,  But you have to eradicate the negative thinking then only you will not get failure in your life.

Those who are thinking negative way they all have the following characteristics.

1. Always finding fault on others 
2. After seeing a healthy person they will think that if he suffers from serious ailment what he will do, like that and all
3. They will waste their whole life from finding fault on others. 

but the positive thinker they will change their life according to the situation. 

How to come out from this thinking.


1. Stop worrying for everything
2. Donot participate in the conversation which is giving worries to you.
3.keep friendship with the positive thinkers
4. Help others to those who are suffering from negative thinker.

ARE YOU OVER WEIGHT OR OBESE ??????

Are you over weight or obese,   You may think ha what is the difference between both.  You may see that all the healthy conscious people were using this word BODY MASS INDEX. ( BMI) 

The formula is divide your weight by your height in centimeter square

for e.g your weight is 75 kgs.  your height will be 1.75 cm

multiply your height 1.75 x 1.75 = 3.0625
divide your weight = 75 / 3.0625 = 24.48 (your BODY MASS INDEX).  You are perfectly OK.

If your BMI is from 17 to 20 .. then you are under weight
                                 20 to 25 .. perfect weight
                                 25 to 30 .. over weight
                                 above 30 .. obese.
