NOVEMBER 14 .. A WORLD DIABETIC DAY

Life style modifications will keep diabetes at bay.  Studies in the US and 
Finland shown that with lifestyle moderations about 58% of persons with pre-diabetes stop their progression in to diabetes.  The Indian equivalent is about 30 per cent.


MINIMUM OF 30 MINUTES EXERCISE PER DAY


CUTTING DOWN ON HIGH CALORIFIC WHITE RICE (FOR THE MAJORITY OF SOUTH INDIAN POPULATION), SUBSTITUTING IT WITH BROWN RICE


CUTTING DOWN OF BODY WEIGHT ATLEAST 5 PERCENT


ADDING A LOT OF PULSES AND LEGUMES


ALL THE ABOVE WILL SHOW A SIGNIFICANT RESULTS.
